According to current standards, residential building floors should withstand a useful load of at least 150 kg/m², and roof structures at least 80 kg/m², without allowing deflections more than the span length L / 150. In “FAP-tech” constructions, floors can withstand at least 450 kg/m², and roof structures at least 240 kg/m². This makes them three times more reliable.
“FAP-tech” constructions also possess high seismic resistance.
These properties demonstrate the robustness and durability of “FAP-tech” structures, making them suitable for various environmental conditions and ensuring a higher level of safety and longevity.
